CAJ PERKHIDMATAN UNTUK PEMBETULAN/MODIFIKASI INFO PERIBADI/TAJAAN

MEMBER REPAIR SERVICES CHARGES

Following is the list & criteria of member service charges.
You shall transfer ewallet amount as stated below to account Frank before your request / problem to be rectified.


1. Change your own Login ID - RM30
Example: you want to change your ID "limacent" to "Super-VIP"
-> Login ID, BC & Worldpool names are all change to new ID

2. Change of BC placement - RM30
Example: you want to put BC "AhHock_1" under "AhWang_1" left but wrongly gone under "AhWong_1"
-> your BC will be moved back to correct placement
-> only allowed of BC is entered today

3. Change of BC ownership - RM40
-> BC you entered is gone into another wrong member
Example: you activate member "AhHock69" but wrongly keyed in as "AhHock" and you want to change the BC(s) back to "AhHock69"
-> BCs of wrong member is moved back to correct member
-> Worldpools of wrong member is moved back to correct member
-> Invoice of wrong member is moved back to correct member
-> Introducer Bonus of wrong member is moved back to correct member
-> Matching Bonus of wrong team tree will move back to correct team tree
-> only allowed of BC is entered today

4. Change of BC entry date from today to tommorrow - RM40
-> you activated the BC today & feel that too many BC is entered and that may cause you flushing so you want to change some BC to tomorrow
-> only allowed of BC is entered today

5. Delete the extra BC you entered - RM40
Example: your want to activate 1 BC but wrongly keyed in 13BC; so extra 12 BC is to be deleted
-> repair stockist wrongly entry of invoice & get back the stockist-wallet points
-> repair member wrongly entry of invoice & get back the eWallet points
-> only allowed of BC is entered today

6. Delete of invoice completely - RM40
-> delete stockist wrongly entry of invoice & get back the stockist-wallet points
-> only allowed of BC is entered today

7. Forget your Password and yet no email - RM5
-> your password & Extended Password is sms direct to you

8. Remove of inactive or you call them dead member - RM10 per ID
-> your over growing list of dead member will be reduced and the nice ID will be made available


Note: Price stated is per invoice / request, regardless of how many BC in that request

Please sms your request to Frank clearly stated what & how you want to fix your problem. Then transfer the amount stated to Frank eWallet. The problem shall be rectified in 15 minute to 1 hour time from the message received.
